He has rich experience in the installations and maintenance of high availability databases using Data Guard / Standby Databases and RAC (Real Application Clusters) on Unix/ Linux and Windows environments, Exadata and supporting Oracle Databases on E.R.P. environments like SAP, Oracle Applications, Peoplesoft and Siebel comprising of data running into Terabytes. He is also well-versed in establishing and managing the operations plans (resource requirements, resource utilization, transition plans and resource allocations, cost-budgeting and Disaster Recovery (DR), business continuity plans) for offshore-onshore models.
He is responsible for the overall working of theIndus Systems and is instrumental in making strategic decisions for the company.He drives the organization's business strategy including branding & positioning, building new markets and relationship with large customers & alliances.
