Should have experience in Sales/ Account Management, ideally within the recruitment industry, a start-up or technology sales.

Experience on Web Development/ maintenance projects, eCommerce, Mobile Apps, Hadoop, Big data, Cloud related projects, Infrastructure Management, Custom Software Development/ Support projects, Testing, CAD/ CAE Services etc. will be an advantage. These candidates may not have above mentioned Consulting/ HR Business Development skills.

IT Outsourcing Presales Solution Architect

Job Description
• Total 8 to 15 years of experience.
• Experience in successfully leading multi-million, multi-year application support deals in US / Europe market / Middle East / Japan / Australia / NZ / Singapore.
• Expert in applications support, IT Security, other IT functional areas.
• Experience in serving customers in Financial / Manufacturing Industry, Industrial Products/ Hi-Tech/ Oil & Gas/ Chemicals/ Consumer Products/ Public sector.
• Expert in IT Outsourcing solutions including designing service delivery model, estimation, costing, leveraging global delivery model, SLA definition, Year on Year productivity improvements and transition planning.
• Experience in responding to solicited and non-solicited proposal requests and RFIs.
• Hands-on experience in writing the proposals, preparing presentations.
• Full time / Part time options available for this position.




Presales Executive (Minimum 2 years experience):

• Extensive Experience in creating RFIs, RFPs,Proposals, Tenders, solution documents & Presentations. Exp in cold calling and handling proposals for International Market.



Market Research Executive (Minimum 2 years experience):

• Experience in preparing marketing flyers, brochures and performing market research activities, competitive analysis.Supporting planning and development process.
